Some close friends of mine commissioned me to create custom wedding favors for their big day. This sounded like a great way to lend a helping hand, while coming up with something fun.
We came up with the idea to create custom beer labels sporting the bride & groom's initials in the style of Firestone Walker's 805 blonde ale - a popular Californian brew and the groom's favorite drink.

I went with a straightforward A&A monogram to serve as the hero of the label, mimicking the 805 type treatment and keeping the star as a stand-in for an ampersand. It was a lot of fun adding special details throughout the label. My favorite part was adding the time and date of the service where the "bottled on" information typically lives.

cheers!
These came out great and was a fun project for good people.
